It has been 4 days since I found that information. And I'm still looking for the truth and whether there is something behind the $250 free advertising that promote by Google Adwords. After I searched on many forums, many affiliate marketers and "free advertisers" have tried this, but some of them failed to get the $250 free promotional code.



They asked on forums and tried to get the answer, but the answer is on the Term of Service (ToS) of this $250 free Advertising cost. Yes, the truth is this promotional advertising will only give to advertisers which the credit card billing address is in US or Canada.

This is the part of ToS :

Promotional credit may take up to 2 business days to apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Expires 1/31/2009. Promotion valid only for new customers. Self-service advertisers are subject to an activation fee of $5 prior to receiving promotional credit. Promotional credit will be applied within two business days of verification of eligibility.

So if you guys who live in US or Canada, it's a big chance to train yourself on affiliate marketing world through Adwords. But if you are not in US or canada, and buy vcc that registered within US or Canada address, I don't know it will work or not. Have an idea?
